Ingrid brings over 10 years of nursing experience, including the past 3 years in the Emergency Room. Her healthcare journey began as a caregiver, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of compassionate care. Her background includes post-surgical recovery, hospice care, and volunteer work with groups such as the Alzheimer’s Association.
Inspired by a passion for serving others, Ingrid founded Kairos Respite Care to provide exceptional care to the families we serve.
When she is not caring for others, Ingrid enjoys a good cup of coffee, meaningful conversations, and spending time with friends and family. Her appreciation for connection, faith, and family is reflected in the mission and values that guide Kairos Respite Care.
Steve Hoover
Steve brings over 6 years of experience in accounting, business operations, and team leadership. He has supported organizations in maintaining financial health and played an instrumental role in the startup and management of a successful dental practice.
As Director of Human Resources and Payroll, Steve is dedicated to supporting our caregivers and team members. He believes that when employees feel valued and supported, they can provide the compassionate, dependable care that families deserve.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending quality time with his family and making memories fishing with his son. His commitment to family, faith, and service reflects the values that are at the heart of Kairos Respite Care.
