Respite care lets caregivers have a break while their loved one is supported and cared for. We provide compassionate, non‑medical care right in the comfort of home.

Non-Medical Support
Provide meaningful companionship through conversation, reading, games or TV watching.
Assist with preparing simple meals.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting.
Assist with light household tasks such as tidying living areas, washing dishes, laundry, and vacuuming.

Caregiver Support
Caregivers can schedule a well-deserved break, whether it's a few hours, part of the day, or even an entire day. This allows them to recharge and refresh, knowing their loved ones are in caring, compassionate hands.
We offer caregivers support through encouragement, education, and available resources.
Faith-Centered Care Choices
At Kairos, we believe that spiritual encouragement through prayer and Bible reading is a meaningful way to support both clients and caregivers.

Post-Hospital Recovery / Disability Support
Help families organize daily care routines.
Assistance with mobility and safe transfers.
Medication reminders to gently support clients in taking their medication on time, as prescribed. Medication must be self-administered by the client.
That's okay. Tell us a little about your situation in the contact form below, and we'll look at options together.

Ingrid brings over 10 years of nursing experience, including the past 3 years in the Emergency Room. Her healthcare journey began as a caregiver, giving her a unique perspective on the importance of compassionate care. Her background includes post-surgical recovery, hospice care, and volunteer work with groups such as the Alzheimer’s Association.
Inspired by a passion for serving others, Ingrid founded Kairos Respite Care to provide exceptional care to the families we are blessed to serve.
When she is not caring for others, Ingrid enjoys a good cup of coffee, meaningful conversations, and spending time with friends and family. Her appreciation for connection, faith, and family-centered care is reflected in the mission and values that guide Kairos Respite Care.
At Kairos Respite Care, we believe providing care is more than just a service, it's a calling. We are committed to serving each client with compassion, dignity, and respect.
